JP has served as a member of the Ayala Corporation Management Committee since May 2005 and the Ayala Group Management Committee since April 2009. He is currently the Managing Director and Group Head for Corporate Resources, covering Strategic Human Resources, Corporate Communications and Information & Communications Technology at Ayala Corporation. He is Chairman and CEO of Honda Cars Makati, Inc., Isuzu Automotive Dealership, Inc. and Iconic Dealership, Inc. JP is also the Chairman of Ayala Aviation Corporation and HCX Technology Partners. He also serves as a Director of AG Counselors Corporation, BPI Family Bank, Inc. and ALFM Growth Fund, Inc. He is concurrently the Chairman of the following councils at the Ayala Group: Human Resoures Council, Corporate Security Council, and the Ayala Business Clubs, in addition to being the Program Director of the Ayala Young Leaders Congress.
Prior to joining Ayala Corporation, JP was the Vice President and Global Practice Director of the Human Capital Consulting Group at Watson Wyatt Worldwide (now Willis Towers Watson), overseeing the firm’s practices in executive compensation, strategic rewards, data services and organizational effectiveness around the world. He was also a member of Watson Wyatt’s Board of Directors.
JP has a Bachelor of Science in Economics from the Ateneo de Manila University and is an alumnus of the Harvard Leadership Development Program.
Paolo is a Managing Director and a member of the Ayala Corporation Management Committee and the Ayala Group Management Committee. He has served as Group Head of Corporate Strategy and Development of the Company since September 2014.
As chief strategist, he oversees the overall corporate planning process, portfolio strategy, group-wide innovation projects and new business development initiatives. In his role, he also leads investor relations, corporate communications, and public policy.
In addition, Mr. Borromeo leads Ayala Corporation’s healthcare businesses. He sits on the board of Ayala Healthcare Holdings Inc. and the Generika Group of Companies. He also sits on the board of Affordable Private Education Center, Inc., AC College of Enterprise and Technology, LiveIt Investments, Ltd. and LINC Institute, Inc.
Prior to joining Ayala, he was a Principal at Booz & Company, a global strategy consulting firm, based in San Francisco, California, USA. He obtained his Bachelor of Science degree in Management Engineering from the Ateneo de Manila University and his Masters in Business Administration with honors from the Wharton School at the University of Pennsylvania.
Ato has been serving as Chief Human Resources Officer and Executive Vice President of Globe Telecom, Inc. since October 2013. Ato joined Globe in 2010 and has over 30 years of experience in general management and in leveraging leading-edge technologies, processes and human capital to create competitive advantages for companies.
He is a seasoned HR Practitioner with 15 years of experience in multi-functional HR practice areas. Ato has also held various significant positions in Procter and Gamble (Philippines) Inc., and Procter and Gamble Asia Pte. Ltd. Prior to joining Globe, Ato was President of IBM Business Services, Inc.
Ato has a Bachelor of Science degree in Mechanical Engineering from the University of the Philippines.
Gigi is Chief Information Officer (CIO) of Ayala Corporation and Group CIO of the Ayala group of companies. Gigi is concurrently the President and General Manager of Ayala Rewards Circle, the recognition and loyalty program of the Ayala group of companies for its premium clients. She also sits on the Board of HCX Technology Partners.
Gigi has 37 years of experience in the industry. Prior to joining Ayala in 2007, she was Senior Director for Operations of Oracle Consulting Services Asia Pacific. She holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Mathematics, magna cum laude, from the University of Santo Tomas in Manila.
Jing is currently the Chief Human Resources Officer for the Bank of the Philippine Islands, a position she has held since March 2016. Prior to her role as the head of HR for BPI, Jing served as the Head of Strategic and Corporate Planning for BPI from July 2015 to February 2016. Jing also served as the Group Head for BPI’s Centralized Operations Group, where she oversaw Head Office and Subsidiary operations for over 1,900 staff members from January 1999 to June 2015.
In the 1990s, Jing was Head and Senior Vice President for BPI’s Consumer and Business Finance Division, a position she held from October 1996 to December 1998. Prior to joining BPI in 1996, Jing had established herself as one of the promising young executives in Citytrust Banking Corporation, where she was the Head and Senior Vice President for Consumer and Business Loans.
Jing graduated with an MBA from the Ateneo de Manila University in 1988, where she made the Dean’s List for eight trimesters. Prior to her MBA degree, Jing earned her undergraduate degree in Business Economics from the University of the Philippines in 1978, where she earned the distinction of Magna Cum Laude. Jing also received training in Advanced Account Management from Harvard Business School’s Executive Education Program in 2011. Jing has extensive training in specializations such as money markets, leasing, retail banking delivery, and strategic marketing, having undergone numerous top executive training seminars from 1982 to present.
Ike is Managing Director of HCX Technology Partners. A seasoned IT executive with over 30 years of experience in the industry, Ike was an Accenture pioneer who led the company through its exponential growth in IT services in the Philippines before he retired as Managing Director in 2013. He was later appointed IT Director of the Ayala Foundation post-retirement, and was subsequently tapped as President and CEO of the IT-Business Process Association of the Philippines (IBPAP) before his exciting new journey leading HCX in its transformation.
Ike holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Mechanical Engineering from the University of the Philippines.
